My guess was right!

Last week I had guessed that the fifth person on The View was going to be Sherri Shepard (although I couldn't remember her name.) And its official today. YAY!! I like her. And I like Whoopi. Great choices.
 

Apparently it wasn't a very well kept secret, but I hadn't heard it until this morning.

Where have I seen her before? Is she an actress or?

She's a standup comic and has played secondary parts in a few short-lived sit coms, (Suddenly Susan and xxx Perfect) but her big claim to fame (in my opinion) was when she was in Everybody Loves Raymond. She played Robert's partner (police)... Robert was Raymond's brother.

I KNEW she looked familiar! I loved her in Perfect...she was the 'perfect' person for that part...and I enjoyed her in Raymond too. I just never knew her name. She should be good on The View!!
