On the back the photo is labeled Candace First Grade 1988. She would have been 7 yrs old.
Its interesting to note that a person's body type at this age is not an indicator of how it will be in adulthood. I have another "favorite" photo of my #2 daughter at about this age. She's very shy looking, slender, looking a bit like a refuge (she was playing hard that day). She's definitely not shy and she is not slender. But she's still beautiful.

I can see why you like this picture...it's really cool! Was Candace tall for her age, just because she looks tall compared to the girl behind her.

She's tall... 5'9". Takes after her dad. She also has his almond shaped eyes.
CC - she's beautiful! I remember that age......feeling shy....but silly too.
You were blessed with daughters, ugh? Nice. I had the boys then my daughter. My daughter checks on me all of the time.....and I love that. The boys think that mom is some sort of supermom and can do anything....they don't seem to worry too much.....my fault though.
