Vibrations

We've got some serious vibrations going on here. All evidence of the deconstructed house has been removed. For the last day and a half the guy with all the big equipment has been filling in the hole left by the basement. This involves one of those vehicles with the huge, round, heavy thingamabob thingy that packs down dirt and asphalt.

The vibration moves through the deepest parts of the apartments and up into the people. I think if I could just find the right spot to sit... well, never mind.

When the machine is turned off its like the second right after an atom bomb has gone off and the vaccuum has sucked up everything into itself. A weird sense of quiet.

Its been a very quiet day if you discount the activity next door.
