A New Neighbor

A new neighbor moved in to one of the apartments next to me. A young woman with a beagle. The beagle is usually quiet unless he is left alone. I think my new neighbor spent the night somewhere else. 3am

OMG! I bet you were ready to.....hurt a little beagle? I mean your new neighbor!!!!! Like she doesn't know that when she leaves the poor thing that it barks and barks and barks and keeps people awake? I bet that won't happen too many times before you make a trip to "new neighbor's" apartment.

get right on this.
Not only is it horrible for you, unable as you are, to do anything about it, but the dog is suffering too.
I came over from Sandy's blog to encourage you to post fearlessly ;)
Gee, since you're up at 3AM maybe you'll find more to post about!

I have that problem with my neighbors...I have called them, sent the cops, sent the dog catcher... If they would just go outside and YELL AT THE FRIGGIN DOGS then I would not mind as much, but they just let them bark all they want...

If it happens again you need to leave a note on the door and tell her that you will be forced to call the pound next time...

And sign that in blood... Yep, that will get her attention!!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAA

No really I'm serious.... (grin)

I'm betting the neighbor is not aware of how her dog barks when she's not here. I will be letting her know next time I see her go out to walk the beagle. I'll lay in wait for her return. (insert evil music here) I'll be friendly. At first.
