I SOOOO feel for you. Screaming babies and small apartments have got to be a nightmare. I know when we have C and he is in a bad mood,...and there are three of us to take turns keeping him happy...and we are in a big house...we are all so frazzled by the end of the day. How are you doing it AT ALL...
I would insist she take them out for a long walk...that doesn't take money and it would give you some much needed solitude and quiet...
I am anxiously awaiting the day you say you are at peace in your quiet little place....you need that for your sanity.
