Mrs. Crockett.... Mrs. Davy Crockett.

I got some black ink and tried a few water-and-ink blot spots. Practice is needed. I want to do it until it becomes fun. I also want to get some colored ink.

Below are some blot spots that I'm studying to see what image I can make of them. I'll post some after images if I come up with anything.

We are having some BEAUTIFUL days!! Warm but not hot. This morning was perfect. It screamed morning-coffee-in-the-garden at me. Lots of green plants high and low with some flowers tossed in for accent. Sun shining. Birds singing. Bugs not up yet. Did I mention housekeeper? A Virgo who loves to laugh and loves to care for the house. Oh. And me. Great morning for fantasies.

How fun these ink blots could be. I have a jar of ink and I may have to give this a go...very cool. Glad you are enjoying your nice weather....it's beautiful here too, took hunt hiking up at Mt Baldy yesterday and it was hot though..couldn't go too far...but had a nice lunch at the lodge.

today begins our week once again with childcare...just hoping I can draw some.

Weird that I was thinking about ink blot spots last week. I don't know where the thoughts came from, but I was surprised to come here and see these. Very cool! Nice weather does so much for us doesn't it....love it!

I like Mrs. Crockett! I'm looking forward to seeing the ink blots fleshed out...I already see things in them.

OK, this is what I see. The one on the left is a seated nude, the middle one is a flower, and the one on the right is a movie star with a feather boa and large sunnies and gloves.

Well... I haven't come up with anything to do with the splots, but I haven't stopped thinking about them.

I like Sue's take on what she sees in them and I can see it too, however, I didn't get celeb with the third one (now I see it, though), I got MONSTER CATAPILLAR WHO ATE NEW YORK. I like Sue's take better.

She's sort of a May West figure with her hands on her hips; wasplike waist and blond hair hanging over her shoulder. It's a bit like looking for things in clouds isn't it?

Well CC I love them all, but on the tail of Mrs. Crockett's hat I see the head of a horse, with his ear, eye and nostrils... Do you see it?

Gotta get some ink...this looks too fun....

Great job....
