Looks like he was trying to come up with another use for the grocery bags. I'm not sure if I should be concerned or not. I suppose its not everyone who would think of a "secured hat". Yet on the other hand....

I love kids at that age. They're so creative. My son used to put grocery bags on his feet and pretend they were a hockey goalie's pads. Then he'd "skate" around the kitchen keeping Rachel in check. He'd say, "don't worry mom, I'll watch her. I'm a good goalie."
Poor Rachel.
