uhhhh Lincoln..gosh I have no idea.
Well, all I can say is
CONGRATS, RUDEE!! (she said hardly)
You got it right... it was Jimmy Carter. And the only reason I know the answer was because this was a question tossed out on one of our local news show. Each day they have a trivia question and give the answer at the end of the program. Viewers email their guess/answers in during the news. (a way to build viewership, I guess.)
