I was thinking of the Swan Sisters when I shared this video, because they've mentioned wanting to try 'loose and free'.
Wanda, just a reminder... they sell little boxes of oil paints relatively inexpensively (under $10 last I saw one) if you want to try it without investing in the bigger tubes of paints. I've got a lot of old tubes around, but because of the clean-up needed with oil I, so far, stay away from them.
"…the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the peacemakers for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same in any country.” –Hermann Goering, Nazi Reichsmarschall

That was wonderful! I really enjoyed it.
Oh CC this was so good. I've never seen anyone paint with oils or acrilics loose...it always seems so tight and structured.
Also he places the oils colors on his pallet just like I do my watercolors. I've never seen a oil pallet set up that way.
It makes me want to try oil!!!
Well that sounds simple, ...if only...hmm
I enjoyed it.
